Our workflow
1) Book your appointment and make the full payment
2) Shooting day...yay!
3) Within 5-10 days receive the images package to do your own selection (Simple packages is 10 days and the other two packages are 5 days)
4) You have 5 days to send us your selection otherwise we will send our own selection sending an email with the files names
5) Get your final images within 5 days
The Policy
This policy is make to be read for everyone who hire us, so please make sure you read it careful to avoid any misunderstanding between us and you the "client".First, to hire us you have to choose one of the packages mentioned above and pay the total amount which is not refundable but it can be credit or we can reschedule depending of our availability.Paying the fees of your packages is enough proof that you read and you are agree about the policy and what are you expecting from our team.We defined into our workflow to make sure you are the one who choose the best pictures and as we mentioned you 5 days to do it otherwise we will send you our own selection.In Banff National Park the weather can be unpredictable that is why we have to be ready, that's why we try to have a buffer time in between different appointments as we offer some flexibility but we can not guarantee that the natural landscape will look like you want, however we always suggest you to book us when the weather looks to be better checking the weather forecast.
Editing
We offer by default basic editing which includes cropping, resizing, highlight recovery, shadow recovery, removing distractive elements) but if you need something more advance please make sure you mention before you book with us.

A quite place for couple and family but it can be windy. Lots of mountains in the background including the massive Rundle Mountain.
It can be very crowd specially in summer but totally worth it. Great for couple, family, engagement and weddings. Winter and summer are great.
One of my favourite locations but open just for a few months of the year June to mid October. Ideally for couple, engagements and family.
Ideally in summer as it was a big selection and well maintained flowers but winter it also looks great with a castle in the middle and mountains in the background.
