Our workflow

1) Book your appointment and make the full payment
2) Shooting day...yay!
3) Within 5-10 days receive the images package to do your own selection (Simple packages is 10 days and the other two packages are 5 days)
4) You have 5 days to send us your selection otherwise we will send our own selection sending an email with the files names
5) Get your final images within 5 days

The Policy

This policy is made to be read for everyone who hire us, so please make sure you read it careful to avoid any misunderstanding between us and you the "client".
First, to hire us you have to choose one of the packages mentioned above and pay the total amount which is not refundable but it can be credit or we can reschedule depending of our availability.
Paying the fees of your packages is enough proof that agree with our policy agree and what are you expecting from our team.
Into our workflow you are the one who choose the best pictures and as we mentioned you 5 days to do it otherwise we will send you our own selection.
In Banff National Park the weather can be unpredictable that is why we have to be ready, that's why we try to have a buffer time in between different appointments and we offer some flexibility but we can not guarantee that the natural landscape will look like you want, however we always suggest you to book us when the weather looks to be better checking the weather forecast.
Editing
We offer by default basic editing which includes cropping, resizing, highlight recovery, shadow recovery, removing distractive elements) but if you need something more advance please make sure you mention before you book with us.
We don't provide raw images as it is a standard for professional photographers but we offer non hidden fees for extras pictures according to different packages.
Book in advance is highly recommended and the best times are on sunrise and sunset and even cloudy days as the sunlight is not too strong and more even.
We might use your pictures to showcase in different formats but if you don't want, we charge $150 as a right of exclusivity.

  • What is included in a wedding package?
    In this important day for us is very special too. We work for weeks to make sure we have everything ready for the big day. So we are worried before, during and after. Every stage of this memorable moments we make sure goes smoothly. For the same reason the price is worthy to make sure we deliver a final product that recreate this big day. Our packages included professional editing and equipment with formed photographer and videographer plus a project manager. Prices start from $500 per hour but the longer the hours the lower the price per hour. We also provided the chance to add a 360 video booth unique in the Bow Valley to increase the experience to your guests and family.
